Another week, another Wednesday.
I’m pretty under the weather today, I had been feeling a cold creeping on over the last couple days and I just knew as soon as we reverted to the negative temperature’s I would be due. Sure enough, it’s here. I was hoping to get some more sleep in this morning but when Dakota wants me to wake up, there’s pretty much nothing I can do about it. People laugh when I tell them that and say things like, “Ha, just wait ’til you have kids!” and really this is precisely why we don’t want any right now! I still like to sleep sometimes.
Both weight and inches to report on this week, so let’s hop to it.
Overall weight trend still heading down as you can see, at at this rate I’m due to hit my 4th milestone any day now. I might have hit it today but I went at a bag of Cheddar Jalapeno popcorn last night so I’m likely holding onto some water from that – totally worth it, that stuff is weirdly delicious!
Chest: 36.5″ (no change)
Hips: 38.5″ (-0.5″)
Lower Abdominal: 35″ (no change)
Waist: 28.75″ (-0.25″)
Since the last time I reported measurements I’m down an additional 0.75″ which might not seem like a whole lot but it actually is, particularly as I creep closer to goal 🙂
Finally let’s check in on those FitBit Steps!
Wednesday the 15th: 10,079

Saturday the 18th: 3,705 (St. Patrick’s Day recovery… don’t even get me started, ughhh!!)

Monday the 20th: 14,643 (Kicking myself a bit about this one. I didn’t realize how close I was to my 15k and wanted to start the week on that note! Ah well.)

That’s about it for today, I have a date with a hot tea shortly, and later some soup. Hopefully I kick this cold fast so that I can get back to my regular regime.
