Weigh-In Wednesday | Week 5

Hey hi! I was having some technical difficulties yesterday so I apologize for this being late!

Week 1 Weight: 162.4lb
Last Week’s Weight: 159.6lb
Today’s Weight: 157.8lb

Current Goal Weight:  157lb
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145lb

Close to current goal, but not quite!

I had to take a brief break from running this week, so I’m a little behind on my RunKeeper plan but I’m going to make up for it this weekend. I’ve been a little drained, and needed to recharge and reset. Aiming to hit that current goal next Wednesday!

I think I’m going to do the Terry Fox run this Sunday at Wilket Creek again. That particular 10k was in fact my first ever 10k – and it was purely accidental! I had trained for only 5k at the time, since I was still very new to running again…. somewhere along the way I guess I stopped noticing the km signs and just kept running with the pack and before I knew it, I had done a 10k lol. Silly, but I felt really good about it at the time. My confidence in running has come a long way since then, so I’d like to give that route another go 🙂

Still having trouble loading pictures – I think it’s because of my computer…. so I’ll add those at home when I get a chance.
