Weigh-In Wednesday | Week 7

This post is a little late but oh well! Last week was just crazy busy for me.

Week 1 Weight: 162.4lb
Last Week’s Weight: 156.4lb
Today’s Weight: 157.6lb

Current Goal Weight: 155
Ultimate Goal Weight: 145lb

Scale showed a gain this week but as I mentioned before – it happens!
I reset my goals over the weekend which I’ll be explaining in more detail during this weeks weigh-in 🙂 I want to be down a few more pounds by the end of this month, and with the holidays fast approaching, I’ll need to be very particular about my diet!
